CHICAGO, Oct. 26, 2009—Today’s appointment of John T. Colgan to the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) by Gov. Pat Quinn is a good choice for the people of Illinois. Commissioner Colgan is a long-standing advocate for Illinois consumers. We look forward to working with him to bring about decisions that are in the best interest of Illinois utility customers.
